Lutemax 2020

Lutemax 2020 is a proprietary and patented blend comprising two carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin. These naturally occurring pigments found in fruits and vegetables are highly concentrated in the macula of the eye, where they form the macular pigment. This pigment helps protect the eye by filtering out harmful high-energy blue light and acting as antioxidants.

Lutemax 2020 helps absorb blue light, preventing it from reaching retinal structures, potentially enhancing macular pigment density. This may reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and promote overall eye health.

Lutein and zeaxanthin have strong antioxidant properties that neutralize free radicals in the eyes. By reducing oxidative stress, they may prevent cellular damage associated with aging and eye conditions. Their fat-soluble nature allows them to integrate into cell membranes, helping maintain membrane fluidity and stability.

Acerola Cherry Extract

Acerola cherries, also known as Barbados or West Indian cherries, are small, bright red fruits packed with nutrients. BILBERON is a high-quality bilberry extract first developed in Japan. Bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus) are wild blueberries rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols. Bilberry also supports glaucoma prevention by enhancing collagen production in the eyes, helping them withstand glaucoma-related pressure.

Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin, derived from Haematococcus pluvialis algae, is one of nature's strongest antioxidants - 550 times more potent than vitamin E.
